CHANGES TO THE ORDER

Changes to the order can be made before the products are shipped, which occurs on average 3 business days after purchase. If they have already been shipped and the tracking code has already been provided, the products are no longer within our reach and have already left our distribution center, so we cannot change any aspect of the order.

If the message ā€œnot foundā€ appears, donā€™t worry! The Post Office system takes 5 to 10 days for international tracking codes to appear on your order. In this case, just wait and try again after a few days.

Since the products are imported, they take between 1 and 2 weeks to reach your address, but our average delivery time is 2 business days.
